What happens after an enquiry?
- You share your suburb, property type, timing and communication preferences.
- We review your needs and check partner availability in your area.
- We seek your separate consent before an introduction to a specific agent. You decide whether to appoint an agent.
Submitting an enquiry carries no platform enquiry fee and does not appoint an agent. Agent quotes, marketing costs and engagement terms must be confirmed separately with the agent.
Do you compare every agent?
We display authorised partner profiles that meet our publication requirements, not a directory of every agent. An available suburb enquiry page does not guarantee an available agent. Public profiles are alphabetical, not ranked by sales, ratings or payment. Coverage and availability are checked before an introduction.

Our suburb and postcode directory is compiled from Vicmap Address. Market pages use Victorian Property Sales Report data and identify the source, reporting period, release date and quality notes. Quarterly medians describe the middle of recorded sales; they are not a valuation of your property.
